Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM Implementation Consultant – Advisory & Implementation Insight

Our organization is exploring the adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM systems and we are looking to engage an experienced Oracle Cloud implementation consultant.

The goal of this engagement is twofold:

1. Receive guidance from an experienced consultant on how Oracle Cloud implementation projects are typically structured and delivered.

2. Gain practical insight into implementation workflows, architecture decisions, and delivery phases used in real-world Oracle Cloud projects.

We are particularly interested in understanding topics such as:

• Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM implementation lifecycle

• Typical project phases (design, configuration, testing, go-live)

• Integration patterns and use of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Data migration and testing processes

• Architecture decisions during implementation programs

• Post-go-live stabilization and operational support

This engagement may include regular advisory sessions, architecture discussions, and walkthroughs of implementation approaches based on the consultant’s prior project experience.

We fully respect client confidentiality and security requirements, so we are not requesting access to any client systems or sensitive project data. Discussions can rely on general practices, anonymized examples, or demonstration environments where appropriate.

Ideal consultant:

• Experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle HCM Cloud

• Comfortable explaining implementation processes and architecture decisions

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus

• Previous experience working on enterprise Oracle Cloud delivery projects
