Summary
Client is looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Transformation Consultant to lead an assessment engagement for transitioning from Oracle E‐Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a focus on Channel Revenue Management and Order Management. The consultant will evaluate current ERP processes, assess cloud readiness, and define a practical transformation roadmap. This role requires deep functional expertise in channel revenue and order management, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and the capability to deliver executive‐level insights.
Responsibilities
• Lead ERP assessment and discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Evaluate the existing Oracle EBS environment, including processes, configurations, customizations, integrations, and reporting.
• Perform fit‐gap analysis comparing Oracle EBS functionality with Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities.
• Analyze channel revenue management processes such as rebates, trade promotions, claims, and partner incentives to identify improvement and standardization opportunities.
• Review order management workflows including order capture, pricing, fulfillment, and integration with supply chain functions.
• Assess the impact of customizations, integration complexity, and data readiness on the cloud transformation.
• Identify opportunities to leverage cloud‐native automation, AI, and embedded analytics capabilities.
• Develop a future‐state vision and high‐level ERP transformation roadmap.
• Prepare executive‐ready presentations and strategic recommendations to support decision‐making.
• Provide guidance on migration strategy, key risks, and implementation considerations.
Requirements
• 8–12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong expertise in Oracle E‐Business Suite.
• Functional expertise in Channel Revenue Management and Order Management within distribution or supply chain environments.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM capabilities and architecture.
• Experience conducting ERP assessments, discovery engagements, or transformation advisory projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver executive‐level presentations and transformation insights.
• Experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation programs preferred.
• Consulting background or experience supporting enterprise ERP modernization initiatives is a plus.
