Job Title: Oracle Financials Budgetary Controls (BCEA) Functional Consultant
Location: Remote + Travel (Travel as per business needs; expenses covered by the client)
Duration: 15 Months
Job Overview
ā¢ We are looking for a strong Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Budgetary Controls (BCEA) to support complex extensions and financial implementations.
ā¢ The consultant will work closely with the Oracle Lead Consultant and must have Public Sector project experience.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide functional expertise in Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA).
ā¢ Support implementation and complex financial extensions within Oracle Financials.
ā¢ Collaborate with the Oracle Lead Consultant to design and implement financial solutions.
ā¢ Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications.
ā¢ Configure and support budgetary control processes, including funds control and budget validation.
ā¢ Assist with testing, documentation, and production support.
ā¢ Work with technical teams to support integrations and system enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
ā¢ Strong experience as an Oracle Financials Functional Consultant.
ā¢ Hands-on expertise with Oracle Budgetary Controls (BCEA).
ā¢ Experience supporting complex financial extensions and configurations.
ā¢ Public Sector / Government project experience is required.
ā¢ Strong understanding of Oracle Financial modules and budgeting processes.
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
