Job Title: Oracle APEX Developer Location: Onsite NY (highly prefers local NY/NJ) Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract Visa: H1B transfer, EAD Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade web applications using Oracle APEX. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, database teams, and integration teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Oracle APEX • Build complex forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows in APEX • Write and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers • Design and manage Oracle database schemas, views, and indexes • Implement application security, authentication, and authorization • Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of APEX applications • Integrate APEX applications with external systems using REST APIs / Web Services • Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and solution architecture • Support application deployments, upgrades, and production issues • Follow best practices for coding standards, documentation, and version control Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX (latest versions preferred) • Expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL • Experience with Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or higher) • Strong understanding of APEX components (Interactive Reports, Forms, Dynamic Actions) • Experience with RESTful Web Services (consume and expose) • Knowledge of authentication schemes (SSO, LDAP, OAuth preferred) • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for UI customization) • Experience with Git or other version control systems Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Oracle ORDS • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Experience in enterprise or large-scale applications • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills #LI-SS3 Apply tot his job
