Options Trader- Digital Assets (Remote)
Options Trader Opportunity Keyrock is scaling its global options desk and we're looking to hire globally dispersed (remote possibility) experienced Options Trader to take ownership of a significant book across crypto derivatives markets. This is a high-impact role: you'll design and execute strategies, manage risk, and directly influence the desk's direction. You'll work side by side with our quant developers and engineers, leveraging our cutting-edge Rust-based infrastructure, and trade across 80+ venues with deep liquidity access. If you have a proven track record in options trading (systematic/semi-systematic) and want the autonomy to build and scale strategies in the rapidly evolving crypto space, we'd like to hear from you. We trade across 80+ exchanges and run desks in market making, options, OTC, and DeFi. As an Options Trader you will: • Manage and optimize risk across options books • Research, design, and execute profitable strategies (systematic & positional) • Analyze market and historical data to refine performance and uncover new opportunities • Collaborate with developers and the commercial team to push trading efficiency and edge Knowledge Skills & Experience: • 4+ years' experience running profitable options strategies, ideally at a leading market-making or systematic trading firm • Strong grasp of options trading, volatility surfaces, and derivative structures- ability to research, design, and implement option trading models and strategies • Proven record of driving improvements in a trading environment • Proficiency in Python (C++/Java/Rust a plus) • Hands-on experience in TradeFi, DeFi, and/or crypto trading is strongly preferred • Entrepreneurial mindset, fast decision-maker, and constant learner • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with global teams from diverse backgrounds; fluency in English a must What we offer: • Competitive comp with significant upside • High autonomy and ownership in shaping strategies • Remote-first with flexibility, but with core coverage expected for your trading region Global, flexible, and collaborative environment Keyrock Apply tot his job
