In this role, the desired candidate will express the ability to clearly and efficiently communicate and retrieve important information to update records. The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail and great organizational skills. Works well with customers and team members.
Job Requirements:
Successfully complete company provided Locate and Invoicing training program and pass all required testing if applicable.
Ability to use company provided equipment and technology to accurately capture data.
Track responses via email and input data into company database.
Ability to read maps, compare source data and work orders to determine locate needed.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised as well as in a remote team setting.
Ability to communicate / interact daily with managers and crews, to discuss any job related issues.
Interpret job order tickets for accurate location and maintain accuracy of requests.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Answer multi-line telephone in a professional manner
