Job Summary

As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our ground operations and customer experience teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities


Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Participate in projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines


Ground Operations

As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert in Ground Operations, you will be responsible for:


Analyzing data and developing insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to operational challenges
Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making
Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Participating in projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve customer experience


Sales Operations

As an Operations Support Analyst - Customer Experience Expert in Sales Operations, you will be responsible for:


Supporting the sales team with analysis, sales tools, CRM, Salesforce, and dashboard reporting
Creating and distributing communications and security updates to Southwest Business Group and Clients
Providing customer service to Southwest Business Group and Clients by responding to and managing customer and sales inquiries using CRM tools
Assisting in creating and delivering onboarding and training materials for the team
Participating in ad-hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning


Requirements

Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications


Experience in a related field (e.g., operations, customer service, sales)
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
