Operations Specialist, Content & Marketing – Worldwide, Part Time

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure our marketing and content initiatives run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, process, and execution—helping our teams deliver high-quality content and marketing campaigns on time and at scale. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Process Management: • Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows for content creation, review, and distribution. • Manage marketing project timelines and ensure cross-functional teams meet deadlines. • Implement and maintain systems for content and marketing operations (CMS, project management tools, marketing automation platforms). Content Coordination: • Oversee content calendars and production pipelines to ensure timely delivery. • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to track progress and identify bottlenecks. • Ensure content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and SEO best practices. Marketing Campaign Support: • Assist in planning, launching, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Ensure accurate campaign tagging, tracking, and reporting. • Generate insights from marketing performance data to inform process improvements. Reporting & Analytics: • Build dashboards and reports to track content and campaign performance. • Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. What we are looking for: • 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, or project management in a marketing context, ideally in a startup or growth-phase company. • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Experience setting up and working with marketing systems (e.g. CMS, project management, email/automation tools; are a plus but not essential • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and marketing best practices is a plus.
