Design and implement efficient and effective solutions for finance technologies, specifically Workday, to meet the needs of the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation for all finance technology processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the integration and functionality of finance technologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in finance technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes and systems.
Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.
Train and mentor junior team members on finance technologies and processes.
Proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks in the implementation and maintenance of finance technologies.
Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and optimization of finance technologies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to finance technologies.
Communicate updates and progress to relevant stakeholders and senior management.
Participate in project planning and execution for new finance technology implementations and upgrades.
Act as a subject matter expert and provide support to other departments on finance technology-related matters.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively support the organization's needs.
