Percentage of automated CRM reports that are updated in real time 3. Growth roles AVG score Functions: • Automate: Make automated 24/7 reports on CRM, OKRs, Funnel conversion, and unit economics. Build a Growth business analytics platform to empower product teams with well-presented, structured, and easy to access data on users and teammates. • Audit: Detect and prevent process violations. Audit performance reports and prevents free-riding and fraud. • Operate: Structure Growth unit roles, functions, and tasks, unit' OKRs, mission and manual, onboarding, tests, feedback loops, training. • Analyze: Processes for each unit’s member, OKRs. • Leads: Ensure completeness of lead data in CRM and clear duplicates. • Workflow: Keep everything well organized and follow the company's workflow. Requirement skills and experience: • Experience in extensive CRM analytics (3+ Years). • Project management experience. • Strong skills in SQL, Python. • Experience in business processes automation. • Ideally, sales process optimization experience. • Nice to have: understanding of crypto space.
