Disney is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Planning Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, execution, and measurement of operational work plans to help drive our business objectives. Job Description:

As an Operations Planning Coordinator, your primary duty will be to streamline all operational procedures to achieve efficiency. You will be tasked with conducting detailed operational plan reviews, coordinating with different teams, and implementing effective strategies. You will also be expected to forecast operational needs, manage work schedules, and maintain operational records. In addition, you will be collaborating with various departments to address operational issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.

2. Proven experience in operations planning and management.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Proficiency in project management software.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the development and implementation of operational work plans.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues.

3. Maintain comprehensive operational records.

4. Provide regular reports on operational status and achievements.

5. Conduct detailed operational plan reviews.

6. Forecast operational needs and manage work schedules.

7. Implement strategies to streamline operational procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or a closely related field is required for this position.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations planning and management is required for this role.
