Operations Manager, Property & Projects
About the position
Property Rush is focused on creating better operational outcomes across residential real estate. That requires strong day-to-day coordination across projects, property workflows, timelines, vendors, and internal teams.
We are hiring an Operations Manager, Property & Projects to help keep work moving across multiple operational priorities. This role will support project execution, property-related coordination, process consistency, and day-to-day accountability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across several moving parts at once. This person will play a key role in helping teams stay aligned, surfacing risks early, and improving execution across the business.
We welcome remote applicants who are excited to establish a longer-term presence in Chattanooga.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate operational workflows tied to projects, properties, and team follow-through
• Track progress, timelines, open items, and execution priorities across workstreams
• Help improve communication between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Support process consistency across recurring tasks and operational activities
• Escalate delays, risks, and unresolved issues in a timely manner
• Assist with performance tracking, reporting updates, and operational documentation
• Help maintain SOPs, trackers, and workflow tools used across the business
• Partner with leadership to improve day-to-day execution and accountability
Requirements
• Experience in operations, project coordination, property management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Experience using spreadsheets, trackers, and workflow systems
• Strong communication and follow-up habits
• Open to relocating to Chattanooga within year 1 (not required upfront)

• Real estate or service operations experience preferred
