About the Role We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing organization. In this role, you will partner with our leadership team on ensuring that our organization is running smoothly, from partnering with our project manager to partnering with our Social Care Manager on identifying and resolving inefficiencies. The ideal candidate is experienced with health plans or care management, reporting management, implementing direct billing models, and has a polished executive presence. Main Responsibilities • Responsible for overall operations, including implementations, direct billing, and supporting account management functions and reporting • Able to take the lead and leverage all of your skill set in order to deliver the best possible experience to our clients and internal teams • Able to create and deliver professional presentations to C-Suite executives • Manage our reporting process • Mentor & develop Operations team members • Among other relevant tasks, as set by leadership Role Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or relevant work experience • 4+ years of hands-on operations experience in care management or health plans • A graduate degree and 1-2 years at a health plan would be ideal • Familiar with project management principles • Comfortable working in a startup or healthcare technology setting • Conscience and effective communicator • Polished executive presence (there are client-facing aspects in this role) • Passionate about healthcare or helping others At Care Advisors we value diversity and endeavor to treat everyone with respect, no matter their age, gender, race, ethnicity, or sexual, cultural or ideological preferences.
