Reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to scale our services, improve customer experience, and enhance performance across all operational areas.Key Responsibilities:Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance metrics — driving accountability, reporting, and continuous improvementDevelop and optimise workflows to improve operational efficiency and enhance the client experiencePartner with Product, Engineering, and other business units to pilot and implement new technologiesLead rollout plans for new tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and team adoptionProactively anticipate challenges and opportunities, identifying solutions ahead of timeTrack and analyse ROI and adoption metrics for new initiatives and technologiesIdentify and deliver efficiency gains across departments through process improvementLead and manage cross-functional projects to optimise performance, reduce costs, and improve resource allocationManage relationships with key external partners — including regular reviews, SLA performance oversight, and business volume forecastingMentor and lead the panel management team to ensure consistently high service levels and customer satisfactionIdentify and nurture new partnerships that add value to our end-to-end service offeringProvide leadership cover for the Head of movebutler when requiredWhat are we looking for?Proven experience scaling service operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong leadership skills with a track record of coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teamsExcellent project and change management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesAnalytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actionCommercially minded, with a strong understanding of how operational decisions impact broader business goalsSkilled in process design, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and resource planningDemonstrated success in operational improvement initiatives, change implementation, or cost optimisation projectsNext stepsWe would love to hear from you if you are interested in this opportunity!
