· Candidates must have industries experience such as Oil & Gas, Construction, MEP, Hospitality etc.
· Hands- experience in Recruitment handling day to day activities in co-ordination with candidates and Clients for smooth business operations.
· Sourcing Blue color European, Asian and MENA nationalities.
· Mobilizing blue color for both long terms and short terms projects.
· Post selection of the candidates the documentations like visas, medicals, travel bookings etc.
· Provide day to day reports to clients, weekly reports MIS
· Coordinate with Clients for processing reports.
· Coordinating with prospective candidates in issuing job offers and employment letters.
· Timesheet management.
· Grievances handling.
· Accommodation & transportation arrangements.
· End-to-end recruitment process.
· Visa endorsements
· Mobilizations
