Operations Leader - Growth

Location: RemoteAbout This RoleWe're seeking an entrepreneurial operations professional who can get stuff done. This is a unique hybrid role where you'll primarily focus on operational excellence while also driving growth through both traditional marketing and growth hacking initiatives. Think of yourself as someone who can seamlessly blend entrepreneurial execution with strategic growth marketing.This role is designed to allow our current operations lead to focus more on core ops, with the flexibility for responsibilities to evolve over time as the team grows.Primary ResponsibilitiesExecute on operational initiatives with minimal oversightIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactivelyBuild and optimize internal processes and systems from scratchManage cross-functional projects from conception to completionTake ownership of operational challenges and drive them to resolutionImplement tools and workflows that improve team efficiencySupport strategic initiatives with hands-on executionCoordinate between teams and ensure smooth operationsAnalyze operational metrics and suggest improvementsHandle special projects that require entrepreneurial thinkingSecondary ResponsibilitiesIdentify and test unconventional growth channelsRun experiments to find scalable acquisition methodsImplement viral mechanics and referral systemsFind creative ways to drive user engagement and retentionDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channelsOptimize conversion funnels and user journeysAnalyze marketing performance and iterate based on dataManage content marketing and social media initiativesCoordinate with external agencies and contractorsWhat We're Looking ForCore Requirements:Proven entrepreneurial background (founded/co-founded companies, early employee at startups, etc.)1-5 years of operational experience in fast-paced environmentsExperience creating processes for manual-intensive initiativesStrong analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work EST or PST hours consistentlyEntrepreneurial Traits:Self-starter who can work with minimal directionProblem-solver who finds creative solutions to challengesResults-oriented with a bias toward actionComfortable with ambiguity and changing prioritiesStrong ownership mentalityTechnical Skills:Experience with project management and collaboration toolsBasic understanding of web analytics and conversion optimizationFamiliarity with automation tools and processesWhy This Role is UniqueThis position offers the rare opportunity to wear multiple hats in a growing company.
