Operations Lead / Chief of Staff
About the position
We're looking for an Operations Lead / Chief of Staff to be Axel's right hand as Innate scales from early customer deployments to real volume. You will help turn a fast-moving robotics company into an operating machine: keeping customers cared for, shipments moving, information findable, and the team focused. This is not a back-office role. You will be close to the product, close to customers, and close to the messy reality of putting robots in the world. You will work directly with the CEO to build the operating layer of Innate: customer experience, shipments, internal systems, CRM and processes, planning, documentation, and company operations.
Responsibilities
• Keeping customers cared for, informed, and successful.
• Managing shipments, inventory, vendors, and timelines.
• Developing and implementing internal systems, CRM, and company processes.
• Assisting with planning, research, prioritization, and special projects with the CEO.
• Identifying and building internal AI tools to improve team efficiency.
• Identifying broken processes or systems, taking ownership, and implementing solutions.
• Building the operating layer of Innate, including customer experience, shipments, internal systems, CRM, processes, planning, documentation, and company operations.
Requirements
• High-energy, extremely organized, and unusually good at making things happen.
• Detail-oriented but not lost in the details.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong taste and strong follow-through.
• Real interest in consumer products, hardware, and deep tech.
• Experience with supply chain.
• Very interested in manufacturing.
• Care about the human side of personal robots: trust, delight, reliability, and customer experience.
