About Legacy Philanthropy
Legacy Philanthropy partners with athletes to create meaningful, community-driven events and initiatives that generate lasting impact. Our Community Relations & Events team works closely with nonprofit partners, vendors, sponsors, and internal departments to bring these athlete-led experiences to life.
About the Role
We are seeking an intern who will work closely with the Executive Assistant to support the CEO/Founder, gaining valuable exposure to high-level operations, executive support, and organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
• Support internal operations and administrative processes
• Help prepare documents, reports, and presentations
• Conduct research and assist with special projects
• Provide general support to the Executive Assistant as needed
Requirements
• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university and eligible to receive academic credit
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
