Job Summary As an Operations Intake Coordinator I - Data Entry and Document Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely processing of documents and data. You will be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming and outgoing documents, entering data, photocopying, scanning, and delivering interoffice correspondence as necessary. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities: Receive and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents in an efficient and timely manner Enter, photocopy, scan, and deliver interoffice correspondence as necessary Ensure timely and accurate processing of all required document types Maintain high levels of confidentiality with sensitive information Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for intermittent periods of time Work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays (in-office or remote) based on business needs Requirements Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Production-related experience is preferred. If you have experience in data entry, document management, or a related field, we'd love to hear about it!
