Operations Excellence Manager – Growth and Go-To-Market

Job Description: • Reporting to the Vice President of Operations Excellence, this role will be a key driver of Guidelight’s growth and operational excellence across our clinic footprint. • This leader will help shape and execute strategies that support both successful entry into new states and markets and strong day-to-day performance across existing locations, ensuring we scale in a way that is sustainable, consistent, and commercially effective. • Identify opportunities to improve utilization, increase revenue, and enhance the patient experience, while building scalable frameworks that underpin multi-state expansion. • Partner closely with clinical, development, IT, talent, and market leaders to ensure alignment between operational execution and broader business objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, special projects, or other relevant role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement process changes based on insights. • Highly detail oriented, with proven experience managing multiple complex projects at one time. • Highly motivated, organized, self-starter, and comfortable working in high growth environments. • Experience and knowledge of project management platforms and methodologies.
