Operations Director
Overview
Seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Operations Director to help manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of projects across digital products, online education, AI-powered platforms, marketing, and business development. This role is for someone who loves building systems, driving clarity, and freeing the founder to focus on high-impact creative and strategic work.

Key Responsibilities
• Project & Program Management: Translate vision into clear roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Operational Systems: Build and maintain efficient workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms across product development, content production, partnerships, and marketing.
• Execution Support: Oversee daily operational tasks, coordinate team members and contractors, ensure deadlines are met, and remove bottlenecks.
• Marketing Ops: Manage launches, email campaigns, CRM workflows, funnels, assets, and cross-functional coordination with creative and technical teams.
• Client & Partner Coordination: Support communication, scheduling, and deliverables with high-profile collaborators (names withheld).
• Product & Platform Operations: Assist in managing development cycles, QA, documentation, and vendor coordination for software and AI-driven projects.
• Finance & Reporting: Help with budgeting, forecasting, tracking KPIs, and preparing summaries for leadership review.
• Founder Enablement: Anticipate needs, triage priorities, and create space for the founder to operate at maximum leverage.
