Operations Director
Upgradable is seeking an Operations Director. Were looking for someone who is passionate about changing themselves and the world. As the Operations Director, you ensure things get done across the organization efficiently and effectively. In virtue of this, you act as a force multiplier for the entire team.
What will you do?
Work with the executive team to set strategic goals and translate them into operational objectives and plansWork with all department heads to set objectives and key performance indicatorsManage the monitoring and reporting of KPIs and decide on actions for any interventionsEstablish and execute operational and planning processesWork across all departments to drive operational efficiencySelect and maintain tools and software that help to improve work processes and productivityMaintain our shared DriveCreate budgets, make payments, and handle all financial accountsApply for grants and obtain other resources as neededMaintain compliance with local and international lawsSet up and manage team officeOwn other projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
