Operations Data Entry Associate
As a Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering auto consumer contract data into various software programs, ensuring data integrity and completeness. Responsibilities also includes resolution of Email to Case correspondence with accuracy. You will also assist with other administrative tasks and projects.Operations – 90%Enter auto contract data into Salesforce, validate OCR data in Validation Queue and ensure information is correct within required turnaround timesHandle online inquiries and correspondence in assigned Salesforce queuesDaily monitoring of multiple queues in SalesforceContact with customers/clients at basic level to obtain required information and respond when requests are completedWhen necessary, engage with Quality Control, Client Services and Operations Support Supervisor to resolve Data Entry and Email to Case queriesUtilizes correct codes to enter data into systemUses systems and multiple programs for tracking, information gathering, and documenting customer interactions accuratelyRetrieving data from application/files upon requestIs responsible for attending and adhering to scheduled shifts and breaksDemonstrates shift flexibility to support the business as requiredUtilizes tools, resources and systems to process customer requests and provide accurate informationMeet predefined quality assessment standardsDevelopment – 10%Partake in, and adhere to, training programs for effectiveness in supporting departmental goals and objectivesOriginally posted on Himalayas
