Role Description

Jetset World Travel is a host agency supporting independent travel advisors. We provide operational infrastructure, systems, and services that enable advisors to run efficient, high performing businesses. Our model is built on structure, precision, and consistency, with a strong focus on backend execution rather than direct client sales.

This is a full time remote role for an Operations Coordinator, based in the United States. Candidates must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours, regardless of location. This position is execution focused and supports the day to day operation of internal services, including invoicing workflows, itinerary production, and administrative coordination. This role does not involve direct client bookings or sales. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring work moves through defined systems accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage designated inboxes for booking confirmations, updates, and cancellations
• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Enter and manage booking data within internal systems such as SION
• Build and format itineraries based on advisor instructions using designated platforms
• Maintain organized file structures and documentation standards
• Track, log, and follow up on open and completed tasks
• Route requests and coordinate across internal workflows and external partners when needed

Qualifications
• Experience in operations, administrative coordination, or service execution
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneouslyClear and professional written communication
• Ability to work independently with consistency and reliability

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience with AXUS, Travefy, SION, or similar platforms
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or itinerary building
• Familiarity with Google Workspace

Work Environment and Expectations
• Fully remote role
• Candidates must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours
• Work is structured, process driven, and detail oriented
• Responsibilities include a mix of data entry, itinerary building, and administrative coordination
• Accuracy, consistency, and reliability are critical to success in this role

This is not a travel advisor role and does not involve selling travel or managing client relationships directly.
