Operations Coordinator (Contract to Hire)

Blue Star Partners is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support to the Gas Operations Integration Center. This role involves managing operational workflows, permit coordination, order processing, and delivering customer service in a hybrid work environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide clerical and administrative support to the Gas Operations Integration CenterPrepare work products accurately and in a timely mannerSupport permit application, receipt, distribution, communication, and execution processesExecute and support the One Call process and site readiness activitiesCreate, update, and execute WMS/DIS order typesUtilize PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email tools to support daily operationsPrepare correspondence and maintain accurate records and documentationSupport office administration and workflow efficienciesParticipate in customer complaint intake and resolution processesDeliver high-quality internal and external customer serviceCollaborate effectively within a cohesive, team-oriented environmentSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience using PC applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work effectively within a team environmentStrong interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service successAbility to perform duties with limited supervisionMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorshipExperience with WMS, DIS, and Lotus NotesSAP experience preferred, not requiredFamiliarity with company policies and proceduresBasic understanding of the utility industryCompany OverviewBlue Star Partners is a consulting company that provides leadership development, project management and organizing for innovation.
