To join our team as an Operations Coordinator! The Operations Coordinator will work with the staff of CLEAResult Nashville residential programs to ensure the execution of normal program functions, including responding to inquiries from customers and trade allies, scheduling evaluations and inspections with customers, and other duties as assigned.

Scheduling and tracking projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff

Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence. Payment processing

Verifying and organizing documents

Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.

Exporting predesigned reports

Handling inbound or outbound emails and voice calls from customers

Staff meetings and other program support

Special projects

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
2-4 years experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

$20.39/ hour

DOT Requirements
