Operations Coordinator (12 month temporary)
Arc'teryx Equipment is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day operations and execution of the End-to-End product creation strategy, focusing on Footwear. The role involves maximizing efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and documenting processes to enhance operational effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the product creation phase of our seasonal Innovation-to-Consumer (I2C) calendar to ensure deliverables are executed on time, and that any risks or changes to plan are communicated to all impacted teamsBuilding close relationships with business teams and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagementDocumenting cross functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Maintaining SmartSheets, user guides, online help tools and other system and procedure-related documentation as requiredAssist in creating documents and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Miro, leveraging your creativity and technical skills to inform and inspire our team towards greater successSupporting the scheduling of meetings, milestones and with organizing eventsAssisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key findings and insights related to product operationsParticipating in team meetings and contributing ideas and insights to maximize operational efficiencyPlaying an active role in the maintenance of best practices aligned with the directive of the Product Operations team and change management communicationsUpholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chainSupporting with the evolution of the I2C process, documentation, and stakeholder activation across various product categoriesScorecarding End-to-End processes – providing overview of successes, opportunities and insightsSkills1+ years' experience in an operational role, in a project coordination, product operations, or product management environmentExperience supporting a calendar and using a project management toolDemonstrate a high level of analytical and critical thinking, alongside a strong business acumenExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholdersAbility to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems, and business requirements efficientlyConfidence to communicate and collaborate amongst large and diverse audiencesAbility to effectively manage multiple competing prioritiesWillingness to improve skills independently in new technologies and solutionsProactive to identify the root cause of issues and seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is rightRemain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguityEffectively balance autonomy and collaborationInspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvementPassion for work is paralleled by passion for getting outside and living itBenefitsCompetitive bonus programCompany OverviewArc’teryx is a Canadian company born in the Coast Mountains, where our passion for the outdoors drives us to push the boundaries of performance and durability.
