We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our UK team!

π― Key Responsibilities
π€ Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with guests
π§Ή Support daily operations across departments including Maintenance and Housekeeping
π Manage reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operational tasks
π» Use our PMS and internal tools to coordinate information effectively
β Ensure smooth processes and consistently high service standards
π οΈ Solve problems quickly while delivering exceptional guest experiences
π‘ Use AI tools to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
π What Weβre Looking For
π£οΈ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
π Remote work flexibility - Freelancer contract
π¨ Experience in hospitality, tourism, reception, or customer-facing operations
π§ Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
π Guest-centric approach with excellent communication skills
π Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
