Be a crucial member in a fast-growing NYC-based custom apparel company (Philippines only)The Operations Team handles the most crucial part of the business and is directly responsible for delivering the end product to our customers. We worked on 20,000+ orders last year with a direct impact of over $37 million in revenue.How do you coordinate the logistics of campaigns that generate millions of dollars in revenue involving multiple overseas and domestic vendors? How can we reduce our costs and increase our profit margins for a given order? How can you deliver an order in 5 days which has a standard turnaround time of 10 days?You will report to one of the Operations Managers from the Preorder or Order Teams. You will be working on a set of unique orders every day that will pose logistical challenges that youâll have to work through and be directly responsible for them. ResponsibilitiesOrder Team (OP):Processing all the orders assigned to you promptlyNavigating through the logistical challenges posed by each order to find an optimal solutionCoordinating timelines with Campus Managers/Clients/Vendors/Decorators to ensure that everyone is on the same pageWorking on projects/campaigns as and when requiredPre-Order Team (Q/T): You will be working with the operations team to directly contribute to the Fresh Printsâ revenue growthAssisting the operations team with addressing queries from internal employees and campus managersResponsible for sharing pricing quotes and estimated delivery timelines using available tools and resourcesProactively flag delays, inconsistencies, or errors that could affect pricing or deliveryComplete assigned tasks with high attention to quality and efficiencyIdentify process gaps and propose improvements to help the team scaleEssential RequirementsPreferably 1-6 years of experience in Operations/Logistics, or any related fieldExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic knowledge of Google SheetsComfortable learning and navigating different tools and platformsMulti-task and balance multiple priorities with deadline oriented approachA proactive mindset: flags issues early, follows through, and seeks clarity when neededPersonal AttributesDetail OrientedNatural LeaderGoal-DrivenProactive Problem SolverAbility to remain calm under pressureOpen to changeJob Location: Work From Home / RemoteWorking Hours:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Philippine Time) or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST (2:00 AM to 11:00 AM Philippine Time), Monday to Friday.
