Operations Associate
About the Role: As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting client operations and internal processes. You’ll be the go-to person for juggling projects, managing workflows, and finding creative solutions to day-to-day challenges.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Serve as point of contact for client requests and ensure follow-through on action items.Own and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.Streamline and improve internal processes; create and maintain clear documentation.Maintain and update task lists to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.Solve problems in real-time and proactively create solutions to operational challenges.SKILLS:2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or an administrative role.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Comfortable with shifting priorities and managing competing deadlines.Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with tax and/or accounting concepts is a plus.WHO YOU ARE:Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Want to take on increasing responsibility and grow within the company.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and work independently.Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and obsession with detail.Ability and willingness to meet business-critical deadlines.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Are curious and excited to learn new topics, skills, and from those around you.
