What You’ll Do:
• Correspond with customers and confer with coworkers to answer inquiries.
• Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and address complaints.
• Perform clerical tasks, such as answering phones and file documents or records
• May include other duties as assigned by Management
What We’re Looking For:
Education
• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
Experience
• One or more-years’ experience in the trucking industry or customer service
Skills/Certifications
• Data Entry Speed and Accuracy.
• Able to multi-task effectively.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Use of copier, fax, computer and scanner required.
• Basic knowledge of record keeping.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements – Normal office settings.
