Operations Analyst, Enhanced Middle Office (Bank Debt)
About the position
The Operations Analyst for the Enhanced Middle Office at SEI plays a crucial role in providing exceptional administration servicing for clients' collateral management funds. This position acts as an intermediary between various internal teams and external clients, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of bank loan-related activities.
Responsibilities
Ā Review and process bank loan related activities including setting up new investments, pay downs, borrowings, interest payments, rate resets, rollovers, and restructurings.

Ā Work closely with Fund Accounting and Portfolio Accounting teams to understand the client's portfolio and fund structure.

Ā Assist accounting teams with loan discrepancies on a daily and monthly basis.
,
Ā Review credit and trade documentation to ensure accurate and timely reporting of activity.

Ā Communicate with investment managers, agent banks, and internal accounting teams to resolve open issues and questions.
,
Ā Reach out to internal technology support and vendor support to resolve production issues or system support queries.
,
Ā Participate in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions to identify processes across the division and organization.
Requirements
Ā BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.

Ā Internship experience preferred.
,
Ā Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
,
Ā Self-motivation, organization, and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.

Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills for client support through email and phone calls.
,
Ā Strong customer service skills for daily communication with clients and service providers.
