Implement changes and improvements to operational processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Utilize Jira to track progress and identify any roadblocks or areas for improvement. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely completion of operational changes. Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization. Develop and maintain documentation for operational processes and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of operational changes. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to operational changes.
