Overview: One Inc is seeking an Operations Analyst I for reporting and metrics to provide actionable insights into the management and growth of our payee network. This role will focus on analyzing the available data sources, identifying key trends and patterns and continuously improving our reporting structure for operations and the stakeholders we serve. This individual will partner closely with our partners in revenue, finance and product to ensure that actionable information is available for data-driven decisions.
Our ideal candidate enjoys uncovering insights from complex data, can translate raw metrics into business narratives, and is proactive in improving the quality of data across systems to support decision-making.
One Inc is looking for an Operations Analyst I with a strong foundation in finance, statistics and analytics, as well as a passion for digging into data and building models, to join the Operations team. The ideal candidate will be excited about using data visualization to communicate complex analysis. At One Inc, data plays a central role in how we manage our business. Our team works across all departments to provide analysis and insights for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify optimization opportunities by analyzing our carrier network
Monitor client performance post go-live and refine projection models
Automate reporting tools, design consumable graphics and conduct ad hoc product analysis to communicate business insights
Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand user behavior, product trends and areas of opportunity
Coordinate research requests with internal and external stakeholders and provide deliverables in a timely manner
Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science or equivalent combination of experience
Up to 2 years experience working with large datasets; ability to connect to multiple data sources
Experience using reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment
Must be extremely collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and products
Attention to detail with ability to think strategically
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
