Operational Support Analyst
We have an immediate opening for an entry level Operational Support Analyst to join our Newark, DE team! Location: Newark, DE office (In this position, the employee will work 3 days consecutive in-office and 2 days consecutive remote from home. (M/T/W in office and remote on Th/F; hours are 8am-4pm) Job Summary: Operational Support Analyst is an entry level position in the Client Development and Support Department and is responsible for a variety of tasks that range from printing healthcare forms and processing mail to preforming audits and monitoring the inflow of files. The Operational Support Analyst serves as a resource to the MBMS staff to provide support in regards to basic database and system updates/changes. Duties and Responsibilities: Print and process healthcare forms, reports and refunds Process and monitor all outgoing mail and bolthires Process interfaces, submissions, remits Maintain and monitor existing client databases for optimum performance Perform quality audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness Provide support to MBMS staff regarding database and system issues MBMS offers a robust benefits package that includes Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, Safe Harbor 401K, Annual Paid Time Off and Holidays.
