Operations Specialist Responsibilities:
ā¢ Monitoring communication streams to identify and log incidents promptly.
ā¢ Acting as a first responder to resolve network or system issues with technical expertise.
ā¢ Driving timely resolution of incidents impacting players or users.
ā¢ Following up on active problems to ensure progress and closure.
ā¢ Managing communication and documentation during critical outages.
Operations Specialist Qualifications:
ā¢ Experience with Linux, networking, and cloud services like AWS or GCP.
ā¢ Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Elasticsearch.
ā¢ Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management frameworks.
ā¢ Ability to analyze logs and metrics for troubleshooting.
ā¢ Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to improving workflows.
