1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

5. Proven ability to manage projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.

6. Experience with ERP systems and other operational software.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
