• Monthly hours: 44
• Monthly pay: $500
Your Responsibilities:
• Develop, document, and continuously improve operational workflows to streamline processes
• Monitor and optimize existing workflows for efficiency
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks and coordinate across teams
• Track operational KPIs and report on performance regularly
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to management
• Support implementation of new tools or processes as needed
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on operational status
• Perform tasks assigned by your authorities promptly and accurately
• Work on any other tasks assigned by your boss or authorities
• Keep detailed records of operations activities and improvements
What you bring:
• Strong operations management experience
• Good knowledge of Make, ClickUp, Zoho, and Slack
• Self-driven and highly organized
