Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older).
6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools.
Proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Familiarity with the healthcare sector.
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Demonstrated teamwork skills.
