Online Wellness Coach β Remote Sessions
Job Summary
MNC JOBS INFO is looking for a passionate and empathetic Online Wellness Coach to deliver high-impact remote sessions tailored to individuals and groups seeking support in health, fitness, nutrition, stress management, and overall wellbeing. As part of our growing wellness initiative, you will guide clients virtually in achieving their physical and mental health goals through structured coaching plans, education, and motivation. Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual wellness coaching sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or other digital platforms.
β’ *
Create customized wellness plans based on client assessments, goals, and lifestyles.
β’ *
Educate clients on nutrition, physical activity, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, and stress reduction strategies.
β’ *
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and motivation.
β’ *
Maintain accurate coaching records and follow up with clients to assess outcomes.
β’ *
Stay up to date with wellness industry trends and incorporate best practices into sessions.
β’ *
Collaborate with internal teams for client referrals, feedback, and program development.
β’ *
Lead group webinars or workshops on topics such as healthy habits, work-life balance, and mental wellness.
β’ Required Skills and Qualifications
β’ *
Bachelors degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, Psychology, Fitness, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ *
Certification in Health/Wellness Coaching, Nutrition, Fitness Training, or Life Coaching (preferred but not mandatory).
β’ *
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
β’ *
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.
β’ *
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable using virtual communication tools.
β’ *
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
β’ Experience
β’ *
Minimum 1 year of experience in wellness coaching, personal training, health consulting, or related fields.
β’ *
Experience conducting online sessions is an advantage.
β’ *
Freshers with strong knowledge and certification are also encouraged to apply.
β’ Working Hours
β’ *
Flexible scheduling with the ability to choose your own hours.
β’ *
Option to work part-time or full-time depending on availability.
β’ *
Must be available for at least 10 hours/week.
β’ *
Evening and weekend availability is a plus.
