Stay Informed & Certified:Participate in training and webinars with travel vendors to stay certified and expand your destination expertise
Manage Budgets:Plan trips that fit within clients' budgets, ensuring memorable and cost-effective travel experiences
Develop Marketing Materials:Create attractive marketing content to promote travel services and special offers
Handle Bookings:Oversee all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, event tickets, and more
Provide Excellent Communication:Keep in touch with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Network with Industry Partners:Build relationships with travel operators and explore exclusive deals for your clients
Enjoy Flexible Hours:Work part-time or full-time, with a schedule that suits your lifestyle
What Youll Need:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S
Excellent communication skills; sales experience is a plus
Smartphone with internet access (a laptop is recommended but not required)
Personal travel experience is helpful but not required
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
