Johnson Controls is seeking a part-time Online Support Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee online customer support operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online support management
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key performance metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in online support management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
