About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Support Agent to join our Customer Support team. This full-time, hourly position involves providing exceptional support to our customers through online platforms in English. As the first point of contact for many of our users, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our support system.
• Continuously develop knowledge of company products, services, and policies to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
• Identify common customer pain points and proactively suggest solutions or improvements.
• Ensure a positive and empathetic customer service experience in all interactions.

Qualifications
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience using customer support software, chat tools, and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings or weekends.
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, if working remotely.

The pay range for this role is:
22 - 28 USD per hour(Remote (United States))
