Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in language education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves teaching Spanish to students of varying ages and proficiency levels, utilizing creative and effective teaching methods to engage learners and enhance their language skills.

Duties
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Educate students in the Spanish language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain an orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other educators in curriculum development and educational administration to enhance the overall academic experience.
• Incorporate creative writing exercises and interactive activities to promote language acquisition.
• Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking student progress and providing resources for additional practice.
• Foster a love for the Spanish language and culture through dynamic teaching methods that inspire student interest.

Experience
• Proven experience in teaching Spanish, preferably in a private school setting or Montessori environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational best practices.
• Experience in behavior management strategies that support student engagement and success.
• A background in Math education is a plus but not required.

Pay: $20.14 - $22.57 per hour

• Monday to Friday
