Online Social Worker | Michigan
A contract position is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting in Grand Rapids, MI.
Responsibilities include:
ā¢ Delivering social work services through telehealth platforms to support students' mental health and well-being.
ā¢ Collaborating with educational staff to develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
ā¢ Assessing student needs and providing counseling or referrals as appropriate.
ā¢ Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all cases and interactions.
ā¢ Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Desired qualifications:
ā¢ Licensed Social Worker credential.
ā¢ Experience providing telehealth services, preferably within educational environments.
ā¢ Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health issues.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel.
ā¢ Ability to work independently and manage caseloads remotely.
