Online School Psychologist - MI
An opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services to serve educational settings through a contract position in Dearborn, MI. This role involves providing psychological assessment, consultation, and support to students, educators, and families using telehealth platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment results.
ā¢ Deliver telehealth-based counseling and behavioral interventions.
ā¢ Collaborate with educators and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
ā¢ Provide consultation on student mental health needs and learning challenges.
ā¢ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality standards.
ā¢ Stay current with best practices in school psychology and telehealth delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
ā¢ Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
ā¢ Valid School Psychologist credential or license applicable to Michigan.
ā¢ Experience delivering services via telehealth technologies.
ā¢ Strong understanding of educational laws, special education regulations, and mental health practices.
ā¢ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
