Online School Psychologist - GA
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services, supporting student mental health and educational development. This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and involves delivering psychological assessments, interventions, and consultations remotely within a school setting.
Key responsibilities include:
ā¢ Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments via telehealth platforms
ā¢ Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
ā¢ Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students remotely
ā¢ Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
ā¢ Monitor student progress and modify interventions accordingly
ā¢ Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with regulations
Qualifications and desired experience:
ā¢ Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
ā¢ Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
ā¢ Experience conducting telehealth assessments and counseling services
ā¢ Strong understanding of special education laws and regulations
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment
