Online School Audiologist - TX
An opportunity is available for an Audiologist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This contract-based role is located in League City, TX, providing remote audiological assessments and support to students.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting hearing evaluations and screenings via telehealth platforms
• Collaborating with educators and staff to develop individualized hearing plans
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Providing consultation and support to families regarding hearing health and accommodations
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school health policies
Desired qualifications:
• Valid state licensure or certification as an Audiologist
• Experience with telehealth technologies and remote patient interaction
• Strong knowledge of school-based audiology practices
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently
Work is performed remotely, with occasional on-site visits as required. This contract role offers the flexibility to deliver essential audiology services to students in an educational environment through telehealth methods.
