What You Will Do:

Requirements:
Ā• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Ā• Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment is preferred.
Ā• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ā• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ā• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
