Strong understanding of online media and digital recruitment tools.

Ability to assess candidates and evaluate their fit for roles effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to candidate sourcing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
